En este formulario se reflejaran las siguientes encuestas que no han sido respondidas:
• Encuesta de Inscripción: Debe ser respondida una vez que termine el proceso de Inscripción.
• Encuesta de Evaluación de Competencias Básicas o Auditoria SICEP: Debe ser respondida una vez que termine el proceso de Auditoría.
